Course terms

The service
Enrollment purchases personal access to the stated live online course, its cohort recordings, and resources released for that cohort. Prices are charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply conversion or international transaction fees.
Educational scope
The training is educational information, not legal, medical, occupational-hygiene, engineering, tax, insurance, or business advice. It is not a licence, professional certification, TAFE course, or nationally recognised qualification. Completion does not authorise regulated work or guarantee employment, a set number of leads, jobs, revenue, safety, compliance, or any business result. Outreach and lead work completed during the cohort depend on the student's market and the work they complete.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking current national, state, provincial, and local rules; obtaining required training, permits, insurance, and professional advice; assessing each site; and using competent judgment. Examples used in teaching cannot cover every jurisdiction or fact pattern.
Access and acceptable use
Access is for the enrolled individual for 12 months from the first live session. Do not share sign-in links, recordings, downloads, or course materials; record sessions; copy or resell materials; disrupt a session; or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended for material misuse after reasonable notice where practical.
Founding-cohort delivery
The published outcomes and weekly sequence define the course. Examples, exercises, templates, and supporting resources may be refined as the founding cohort progresses. Session dates may change only when reasonably necessary; students will be notified and given an appropriate recording, replacement session, transfer, or refund option depending on the circumstances.
Refunds and consumer rights
The separate refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
